Age of Sauron

Welcome to Age of Sauron! We are a Lord of the Rings mod-based server that has been around since 2017. In addition to the typical Lotr mod factions gameplay, we offer unique features that set us apart.

For Factions gameplay:

- Earn resources and coins by claiming land with builds. Approval from our staff is required for claiming tiles.
- Enhance siege warfare with trebuchets, catapults, and ballista for more exciting battles.
- Engage in 18 unique faction quests that reward you for expanding your realm's power and influence.
- Hire neutral mercenaries to support your faction in battle.
- Access an interactive map website that helps with faction management and provides various map types, such as faction territories, resources, and ongoing wars.
- Set up custom bounties on players and claim them after successfully eliminating the target.

We also offer new game modes:

- Creative Plots: Claim up to nine 128x128 plots where you can design and create builds with your friends using World Edit.
- PvP: Engage in combat with other players using unlimited kits in various arenas, including FFA, duels, and sieges with siege engines. No additional mods are required.
