These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the users of the site private-server.net (hereafter referred to as "the Customer" or "you") and private-server.net (hereafter referred to as "the Site" or "we"). By using the Site, you unreservedly accept these T&Cs.

Offers

Serveur Privé offers two distinct advertising offers, "First Place" and "Sponsored", which enhance the visibility of servers on our rankings. In addition to advertising, users also have the option to financially support a server by subscribing and enjoy an improved browsing experience on the site.

First place

The "First Place" offer allows server owners to place their server at the top of the ranking to enjoy maximum visibility. It includes three separate advertising slots, the rate of which varies depending on the location and the game associated with the server. This offer provides a privileged position in the ranking.

The "Sponsored" offer aims to enhance the visibility of a server in the ranking. Servers benefiting from this offer are highlighted with a special formatting: they are displayed in yellow with a larger font size. Highlight allows them to stand out from other listed servers.

Subscription

The serveur privé subscription allows you to support your favorite servers while benefiting from exclusive advantages. You will enjoy a "subscriber" badge to highlight your username, vote without captcha, and a navigation on the site without ads. Each payment and renewal of your subscription contributes to rewarding servers because 50% of the amount paid is credited to their Serveur Privé account.

Pricing

The Site reserves the right to change prices at any time by posting them online. The prices in effect at the time of ordering will be applied, subject to the availability of products at that date. Prices are displayed in euro, excluding taxes and including all taxes. The total amount of the order, including all taxes, is shown on the checkout summary page. Full payment is required at the time of submitting your order.

Payment

The customer confirms being of legal age and having the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. The information provided at the time of payment is considered proof of consent to the sale and the obligation to sum due for the order. In case of dispute or fraudulent use of the credit card without physical use of it, a complaint can be made by email within 30 days of the transaction date. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the buyer has outstanding payments or in the event of an ongoing payment dispute.

Refund

Serveur Privé reserves the right to change the presentation of advertisements at any time, without notice. We cannot guarantee any specific results in terms of views, clicks, or any other measurement system related to ads. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Given the nature of the services provided, if your advertising campaign has started its broadcast, or if your subscription has started, you will not be eligible for the right of withdrawal except in the event of force majeure. A subscription can be terminated at any time and without conditions from the "Subscriptions" section of your account.

Force majeure

Both parties will be released from their obligations in case of force majeure, a circumstance beyond their control that prevents their execution. The obligations will be suspended during this period. If such a circumstance occurs, the concerned party must immediately inform the other party. Cases of force majeure include unpredictable, unavoidable, and external events to the parties, such as blocking of means of transport or supply, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning, and the shutdown of telecommunication networks. If the case of force majeure lasts more than three months, these general conditions can be terminated by the affected party.
